short arms to overlap two balloons from the end of the
other short arm. This will lock the two ends together
as they form the curved line of the "D".
The left side of
the "L" has a single protruding loop. Use that loop to
wrap around one of the balloons on the lower curve of the
"D". That will join the two letters and set the tilt
angle between them to match the official logo.
