This was the 20th anniversary cake for the International Balloon Arts Convention in 2004. It is what the Rouses call a "Tablescape".  It uses standard tables for the rigid supports and RMS Builders for the flexible framework to wrap the cake with balloon icing.  A Conwin Dual Split-Second Sizer supplied the inflation power for balloons.
