The Rouses designed and Graham helped supervise installation of two of these 30', double layer hearts for a Valentine project of Betty and Karl Whitehead of Balloon Masters in Houston Texas.

"It was a scary time when we dragged the hearts out onto the ice skating rink. The 18" foil balloons began to shrink from the cold. We were afraid they would fall out, but the adhesive on the new RMS ROSA Super Builders held. The balloons puffed out again once they were up. Whew!"  Graham
