This is one of a series of Rouse balloon graphic designs based on famous paintings.  They were done at the request of Rocky Toomey for the Final Night at IBAC 2002.  The overall gallery of balloon graphics at the event required thousands of Qualatex 5"balloons, dozens of RMS Banner panels, tens of volunteers and staff, and the efficiency of Conwin Dual Split-Second Sizers to make it a success.
