Balloons, plastic and tables are the major elements in this balloon sculpture train for a children's reading program at the University of South Carolina.  Sheets of corrugated plastic boxed in the tables and provided big wheels for the engine.  Thin sheets of plastic were formed into the RMS frameworks that held most of the Qualatex balloons.  Conwin inflators served to get the balloons right. The flat car held refreshments for children and adults attending story reading sessions at the "train station".
