This custom design and innovative variation of standard RMS frameworks was developed at the request of Chris Horne as part of a promotional program in the UK in 2005.  Otherwise independent layers of custom shaped RMS are joined by underinflated 5" balloons that span the distance between the front and back layers of framework.  This greatly increases the natural strength of the display without the use of rigid internal reinforcement.   You may check out details of this design at this link.
