To load balloons into a Matrix

*     First, expand the Matrix as shown to the left.  

*     Place one hand near the top edge of the Matrix near the left end.  Lift with the second hand.  Move along the top edge to the right and repeat the process until you reach the right end of the Matrix.

*    Slide your hands down the Matrix a few inches and repeat the process.  This time move in a line from right to left across the Matrix.

*     Repeat this pattern back and forth across the Matrix until all the apertures have been stretched open.
