To load balloons into a Matrix

*     First, clear the small, triangular plastic pieces from the Spiral Anchors you expect to use.  You will use every other one when installing pairs of round balloons. You will use every one when installing chains of Link-O-Loons.

*     You may pull the small trianges out completely if you like.  Generally it will be easier and faster to simply flick them out of the way with your fingers as shown to the left.
