To load Link-O-Loon balloon chains into a Rouse Matrix Banner

*    Start by wrapping the neck or point of the first balloon through and around a Spiral Anchor.

*     Hold the first pair of balloons apart with the fingers of one hand, and use the other hand to hold the Matrix near a Spiral Anchor with the opening turned up.

*     Slide the necks of the air of balloons down, then around and up the spiral path of the anchor, then release the balloons.

*     Use one hand to hold the Matrix strap and the other hand to roll the first balloon of the pair into place.

*     Repeat the last three steps until all balloons of the chain are installed.  Wrap the remaining neck of the last balloon through and around the Spiral Anchor.

*     Repeat the entire process for other chains of L-O-L,s to fill the entire Matrix.
