This
backdrop is 20' wide and 12'
high. It is made with a mixture
of 18" foil balloons and
16" latex in an expandable
plastic framework called an
RMS™ Super Builder.
It was designed by Graham
and Mary Queen Rouse of Air
Apparent Special Events for a
country club New Years eve party.
