You may notice
that some of the lines are not as
smooth in the finished version
as in the original balloon
design. This was done to save
time to finish a huge decorating
project with limited manpower.
The original design calls for
multiple, smaller balloons to go
into some individual opening in
the framework to make the lines
straight in some places and to
make smooth curves in other
places. The use of one balloon
per opening gets the idea across
with fewer balloons in less time.
