First Steps Reader

  
This fun loving balloon character was surrounded by crayons as he sat at the center of each table and read a book during the first awards banquet for "First Steps".  First Steps is a preschool educational program of the state of South Carolina in the USA.  Graham and Mary Queen Rouse of Air Apparent Special Events designed and built this and other decorations for the event in December 0f 2000.  The small balloon character required only three # 260 balloons.
