This fish design
is made mostly wiith 5"
round ballons. They are inflated
to 4" in diameter to make
make the body of the fish. They
are inflated only about 1/2 inch
to make the colored dots on top.
The fish tail is a latex heart
balloon. The fish lips and
"wiskers" are made with
# 260 long balloons. The balloons
are held in place with an RMS
Flat Heart flexible plastic
framework.
