This
combination of two hearts was
designed by Wynn and Lindy Bell
for their Wedding Decor class at
the 2003 International Balloon
Arts Convention (IBAC) in
Chicago, USA. The outer heart
outline is made of imprinted
clear balloons on a hand bent
metal frame. The gold balloons
are included for accents and to
tie the outer heart in with the
suspended inner heart. In class,
the Bells dressed this design up
with tulle swags behind a head
table.
The
inner heart is a 2 foot RMS-2
Flat Heart that has been spray
painted gold and then filled with
underiniflated 5 inch gold
balloons.
