You may notice
that the horizontasl lines
between squares of color are wavy
lines rather than striaght. This
was done to save time to finish a
huge decorating project with
limited manpower.
These lines may be
straightened out in two ways. One
way is to use multiple, smaller
balloons to go into some
individual openings in the
framework. The use of one balloon
per opening gets the idea across
with fewer balloons in less time.
Another approach is to use ROSA
Matrix rather than the
Honeycomb Banners used here. The
ROSA pattern is laid out on
horizolntal and vertical lines of
balloons rather than the diagonal
pattern of a honeycomb.
