Graham & Mary Queen Rouse have been
planning balloon menus, cooking up award winning
designs and teaching around the world for more than
20

years. They are especially well known for
their graphics with balloons and for the RMS™
(Rouse Matrix System™) expandable frameworks they
use to produce their designs.
This seminar was the first in a series designed to
take students from basics through new techniques and
into systems for producing larger scale, advanced
graphics with balloons and RMS™ frameworks.
