RouseABOUT™ Airline Reservations:

Book your own airline reservations to Las Vegas for RouseABOUT™ Summer Session 2005 and Summer Balloon Camp® 2005.  The good news is, attendees only need to purchase ONE roundtrip ticket for both of these consecutive events.  Please plan your incoming flight to arrive at the Tuscany in time for the RouseABOUT™ Summer Session Registration, Reception and "Skull Session" beginning at 6:00 p.m. on August 5, 2005.  Airline tickets and transportation to and from the Airport are the responsibility of each attendee.

 

 RouseABOUT™ Hotel Reservations:

     The host hotel for both RouseABOUT™ Summer Session 2005 AND Summer Balloon Camp® 2005 is the Tuscany Hotel in Las Vegas, NV.  RouseABOUT™ Summer Session attendees should book their hotel reservations for Friday and Saturday nights, August 5 & 6, 2005, directly with the Tuscany Hotel.  Call: 1.877.TUSCAN 1 for your reservations.

     RouseABOUT™ attendees must make separate hotel reservations for RouseABOUT™ Summer Session 2005 which are independent of those made with Summer Balloon Camp® 2005.  You MUST tell the Tuscany Reservations Clerk that you are attending Pre-Balloon Camp.  There is a special section in the hotel for Balloon Camp hotel reservations.  By informing the Tuscany that you are attending Pre-Balloon Camp, hopefully, you will not have to change rooms when  Camp starts.
     Room rates are $89.00 and are based upon DOUBLE occupancy.  If you want a roommate, please check the roommate section on the RouseABOUT™ Registration form.  While Rouse International can't guarantee a roommate situation we will do all we can to put attendees in touch with one another.

 

RouseABOUT™Meals:

     We will eat all of our RouseABOUT™ Summer Session 2005 meals at the Tuscany Hotel.   Meals at the Tuscany Hotel Cafeteria run between $5.00 and $10.00 per meal.  Please plan on breakfast, lunch and dinner on Saturday, August 6, and breakfast on Sunday, August 7.  Meals for the RouseABOUT™ Summer Session 2005 are the responsibility of each attendee.

Disclaimers:

Before July 1, 2005 RouseABOUT™cancellations will receive a 50% refund of the total amount paid.  NO refunds will be given after June 30, 2005.  All registrations to RouseABOUT™ Summer Session 2005  are subject to registration for Summer Balloon Camp® 2005.  RouseABOUT™ Summer Session and Summer Balloon Camp® are consecutive, but separate events.  Rouse International assumes no liability for RouseABOUT™ Summer Session 2005 nor Summer Balloon Camp® 2005.  Rouse International reserves the right to decline any reservation to RouseABOUT™ Summer Session 2005.
