This is
the layout for one of the many wonderful projects scheduled for
the next RouseABOUTä
Graphics Seminar, November 11-13, 2006 in
Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The 10' x 10' x 8.5'
corner set is for a "take-off" on the animated movie, "Cars". Sculptures of cars
and signs will be added to the set during the Balloon-a-Palooza
Workshop Nov. 14-17.
RouseABOUTä students will
learn graphic skills during the seminar to design and produce
their own projects. They will be able to
add this piece and other seminar projects to their portfolios.
RouseABOUTä
Grads will earn Certification in Rouse Balloon Graphics.

Madrid Pumpkin |

Elisabete and Antonio
Farto of Happyfesta Baloes. They are the very
first RouseABOUTsä
in Portugal. They
made this pumpkin at the RouseABOUTä
Seminar in Madrid,
Spain. The pumpkin is double thick
and made with two panels of RMSä
Banner and then cut to shape. This
double-layered technique can be used to make

A Circus Train
similar to this balloon train by Graham & Mary Queen
Rouse, is scheduled for construction during the
Balloon-A-Palooza Workshop November 14-17, 2006
in Milwaukee.
The 3D train is only one of
many projects to be included in the Balloon-A-Palooza public
balloon art Exhibit opening on
November 18, 2006. Over a period of ten days, 20,000 visitors are
expected to view the Exhibit, which is being produced
by Carmen Ballering of Balloons Milwaukee.

Madrid, Spain earlier this month.
