A HIGHER PROFIT BALLOON For DECORATING
I predict that you will buy and use more and more of these new Rouse Balloons over the years ahead. The reason they are likely to become a staple of your retail and decorating business is that they are a higher profit form of balloon. For instance, in your decorating .... .. .

ROUSE BALLOONS WILL DELIVER HIGHER VALUE DECORATIONS AT LOWER COST!
"Rouse (film) Balloons" will enable you to deliver arches, garlands and other high value film balloon decor at lower cost to you. In fact, your total foil decor costs will not only be less than with other forms of film balloons, it will often be less than decor with latex balloons.

....

Serving Up Balloons - Fund Raiser - title

Serving Up Balloons - Event Photo
Here's an idea you can SELL! Try it for a fundraiser with some of the groups in your town.

Waiters at this event "sold balloons" from their serving trays for $20.00 each.
Few guests kept their balloons for very long, however. What they really wanted were the gift coupons hidden inside the golden bases holding the balloons.
The gift coupons were donated by indivuals and merchants in order to help raise funds for our local Art Center. Purchasers paid first and then lifted or popped their balloons to reveal their prizes. Be sure to sell your event planners on using your RMS Banners to make a sign like the "Trio" shown here in the background. Write us for details or join us at the RouseABOUT Graphics Seminar in Cost Mesa, CA to learn firsthand how to make a sign like this one. (Click here now to download RAGS registration form.)

Animated show of 7 Tablescape designs

Decor For Tables And With Tables
--- Here is a low resolution sample of seven of the diverse, Rouse tablescape designs you will see in the RouseScapes class at the West Coast Event and Balloon Arts Convention in Costa Mesa April 5-7.
--- Join our RouseScapes Class 10:00
AM - 11:30 AM, Monday, April 6, 2009.

(1) - Learn ways to make balloon decor that is utilitarian as well as beautiful. Double duty means your work is twice as valuable.
(2) - Learn ways to make your balloon decor the center of attention instead of just the background. Your customer gets "more bang for their buck" in decor and your work gets more recognition leading to more business.
(3) - Learn ways to use the venue's tables instead of your own hardware to frame large scale balloon decor. You save time and money producing the decor.
--- For even more extensive hands-on coverage of techniques and skills involved, join us at the RouseABOUT Graphics Seminar in Cost Mesa, CA March 31 - April 4. (Download registration form.)

Reader Photo- Guitar - title

Our thanks to Rolando Ibarra of Party Fiesta Decor in San Jose, California, USA for sending us photos of his 80's theme party. Visit Party Fiesta Decor online at http://partyfiestadecor.com

Rolando used four 6' RMS Guitars like the one shown to the right, each made up in different colors, as anchors for helium balloon arches across the dance floor. After the balloons were installed in the Matrix, Rolando cut away the excess RMS to get the guitar shape. Remember... if Rouse International doesn't have the shape you need, YOU can always cut the RMS itself to form whatever!

Rolando also used the RMS Double Layer Technique to make the Guitars. This technique enabled him to hide his mechanics. The double layers of RM hide the vertical poles between the two layers of RMS. Base plates and poles anchored and stabilized the Guitars and the arches. The RMS Double Layer Technique also gives the Guitars added visual as well as physical strength.

CELL PHONE
Opps! At the suggestion of one of our faithful RouseABOUT READERS, I checked (https://www.donotcall.gov/) and found no indication that there is any impending change in their rules or practises that would lead to higher rates of advertising phone calls to cell phones. You may want to visit their web site yourself from time to time to keep up to date. For now, at least, it appears that your cell phone is relatively safe!

The "Do Not Call" number (1.888.382.1222) is correct. We played it safe and registered ALL of our numbers, including our cells!
